I will never buy clothes from the app again. I ordered 3 items one was small fit my daughter and the other one didn’t match the picture and the last one I haven't receive it yet it’s been 3 months

I want my money back because they are not a serious app I think they are a fraud two months of waiting I do not think it is pleasant

Order was placed and after 3 days they have canceled my order without emailing me ever to let me know why. Money was never refunded. Nobody has ever replied to my email to them requesting my money back and an explanation why they have canceled it.

They took HUNDREDS of dollars out of my account and then canceled my order! I’m very disappointed and disgusted! They NEVER responded to my emails this is the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I’ve EVER had! I can’t do nothing but cry!

This is my first time on this site,  but I’m really afraid after reading all these negative reviews. I hoped to get all my stuffs and on time as well. There are still things that I will like to get. I will wait to see how long I get my first order.

I placed an order 4 days ago and my order still says pending. This app is a scam. I would hope  they give me my money back when they get back to me but good luck with that. I wouldn’t advise anyone get this.

I have ordered about 5 different pairs of shoes from this site . I am very disappointed with last couple of pairs I have received. The soles  on them are nothing but plastic and the sizes are completely off,Out of all the shoes I have bought I can only wear one pair

Hi my name is Kune Montowski,  last year before Christmas and I ordered 4 pairs of sandles I. Different colors as I am disabled and they were perfect.  I’m sorry but they were never delivered to me.  I have to say that I love your products but I cannot order from you  because  I have writ-with 
Ten. To you every chance I have had.  Please send me my order so I can walk and show how pretty the are.  I have tried again to ask for my order to be sent. I would appreciate it so I can restore my faith that you stand behind your products  and delivery of those products.   Please , I would like to hear from  your company that they will honor my sandals.   Sincerely June

This site is NOT good AT ALL!!! Most of their stuff is catfish🤦‍♀️ they’re very slow on shipments. Items don’t get delivered on the actual time they say.
I ordered a GREEN dress, and they sent me a “NAVY BLUE”! And it came sooo late. I didn’t even get to attend the event that i was going to🤦‍♀️ they’re very disappointing! They have bad customer service! They don’t even have a phone number on the app/site for you to call. 
I don’t recommend at all!

Still waiting for my packages been a while 
Another order says insufficient address but I’ve had multiple items sent to the same address also when I try to click to track my package the app send me home

Amazing, you can buy a bunch of stuff on this site, really cool stuff, but you only end up with about 50% of it. The rest of it never reaches your house. So don’t get your hopes up if you order something, odds are you’re not gonna get it.
And then, when you try to get a refund, they make you jump through rings of fire to prove that you did not receive the item. It’s the worst customer service you can possibly imagine. I argued with them for half a year to get a refund of $26. 
Also, their site is not very navigation friendly. I cannot figure out how to delete my credit card from their site, which kind of scares me a little. I wished I would’ve never bought anything from the site.
Oh yeah-Their stuff is a lot more expensive than 
Aliexpress!!!!

Never have I been able to talk to an agent. They told me they were going to return my money after I cancel my order and it’s been around 2 months already and they still haven’t returned my money. They told me to wait for 3-5 days until they return my money. I still haven’t gotten any news of me getting my money back.

I ordered months ago and still haven’t received ANYTHING. It gave me a tracking number for the first week then it disappeared. So they took my money... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY ON THIS APP.
