The app feels dated and poorly designed. I paid to have the expedited floorplan. Two weeks later I finally get the email saying it’s complete. When I went to customer service I was told that I should have looked for it prior to their email. The floorplan file was also not compatible for iPhone, I had to email it to myself in order to open the file on my desktop.
