None at all. -Unable to complete outgoing calls whether using WiFi or data ~75% of the time -Incoming calls go straight to voicemail at random when DND is set to off so calls should be coming thru -Incoming texts (from numbers in my contacts and from new numbers) also not being received (at this point it’s ~60% of texts). After cross checking client’s outgoing calls and texts. -Sometimes I receive a new message notification, I see the banner preview and the badge on the app icon but there will be no new messages in the conversations area. This is all absolutely infuriating and undoubtedly contributed to the decline in my new customer conversion. I’ve been debating discontinuing my service for months to find something better and I think this is the time to do just that. I just need to figure out how to port my number. To a different service 2/10 do not recommend. Fix it. ### 2/5 — Struggling *2023-01-10* I liked the previous app version they had before they changed to this. It takes so long for the information to update. Such as when I get a text message or missed call, it doesn’t show up in the for a long time or I have to force close it and restart just for it to update. When I try to make a call, nothing happens. I put the number in and press the call button but nothing happens. I’ve had this for several months and nothing has gotten better which is frustrating. Hopefully someone fixes it because I use this for my business. ### 2/5 — Can’t read messages while on active phone call. *2021-04-05* The CloudPhone system is easy to use on mobile phones, but there is an issue that needs to be addressed. If you are using the Mobile app and need to read a message while you are on an active call there is no way to get to the messages screen unless you hang up the call. ### 3/5 — Bad App *2020-11-24* I’ve had problems with call quality and the app has just been okay, not great. With iOS14 the app is glitchy. It is locking up when I do not answer a phone call. Customer service was nice though when I recently logged a complaint. ### 4/5 — CLOUDPHONE *2020-06-05* Overall I really like Coudphone but there a couple of things holding it back from a full 5 stars for me. Im going to start with the negatives. - No multimedia support for texts (which is needed especially formrunning a business. Supposed you have a home improvement business and need to send pictures of the project) - Sometimes my texts never even go through Ive been told. Also Im not getting texts that people have sent me. This has happened multiple times. - Sometimes Calls have a tendancy to drop - No way to delete activity log + Simple and easy to use and IT WORKS + CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH + Pleas do not let my negative points discourage you. CLOUDPHONE IS AWESOME AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT REGARDLESS OF THE FEW FLAWS. Totally makes me stand out. It’s great. But here are some are some things that could make me LOVE IT: How to clear notifications for missed calls? Why can’t send photos and emojis? Have as many numbers and extensions as you need. Get and send text messages on your business phone number. It allowed me to not only cut back on one of my iPhones (the iPhone X), but I was able to use my iPhone 8+ RED and download the App with the Best Plan of $65 Monthly, and have more than 10 #’s at my call anytime to utilize. And seeing that I have multiple Businesses as an Entrepreneur/ Assets Investor and Educator, it works out perfectly for me! 👌🏽 Thank you CloudPhone... You Rock!!! Took a nose dive since new owners. Very unfortunate. Probably still paying for it and the number doesn’t work ### 1/5 — No SMS *2025-04-04, version 4.7.0* Used to be good but SMS stopped working months ago. Support will not call me they will not answer calls nor answer e-mails. I have had this for over 3 years and nothing but problems the entire time. It has cost me thousands of dollars in business. Look elsewhere for a business line. ### 1/5 — Service needs to be fixed *2022-08-15* I been with CloudPhone for two years and they still haven’t fixed there caller id. When we miss calls it never shows us who called so we never can give them a call back. In 2020 when I first started using the service it worked for maybe a week after that it stoped. It is now August 2022 and if someone calls me the only numbers that pop up in the app are people that called us in 2020. I would suggest this company unless this is fixed. ### 1/5 — Impossible *2021-12-19, version 3.24.0* Impossible to remove call log in bulk or even individually. Impossible to remove old voicemails. ### 1/5 — This company are theifs an so unprofessional *2021-02-26* They attempted to charge me twice. Then said the authorization charge would be back after 3 days (it was never refunded). Emailing support my account got completely canceled which i did not ask for i was only asking what the additional charge was for. Then 5 days later they are saying they never charged me even though i sent screenshots of the charge from them on my bank and the charge from my CloudPhone account because i had a screenshot before they canceled it showing the auth number on there end. Helps my small business to grow. ### 5/5 — Great business phone system *2019-09-12* With Cloud Phone i was able to avoid purchasing extra hardware; i just downloaded the app and now my customers reach me on my cellphone, keeping my personal stuff separate from business. All this having a full featured phone system in the palm of my hand. When i hired two employees; they installed Cloudphone and we made them work as two extensions for our office ph number. Very little investment for all the rewards you get. ### 5/5 — Able to separate business and personal calls *2019-03-07* This service absolutely ROCKS! Highly suggested if you’re on the move. I now have the ability to separate my business and personal calls with a simple app one phone at a reasonable monthly subscription fee. The negative and one star ratings are the past and I’m sure there were issues at first, but with each update there are always improvements and bug fixes. Thank you, Cloud Phone!
