Not a major tech expert here but setting up was a breeze. The on boarding process was so simple and took no time at all. The AI call center sounds exactly like a real person. My global tech clients have no idea they are talking to a computer. The after hours call routing is a lifesaver. It automatically handles international clients late at night so I don’t lose valuable business. Whenever I have a quick technical question, Customer Service answers almost instantly.
