Thank you. *2026-04-30, version 4.25.2* UPDATE: The problem solved. Thank you! The app keeps showing that a new iOS version is available, but there isn’t one. Every time I open the app, it asks me to update. When I tap Update, nothing happens, and when I check the AppStore manually, it says I already have the latest version. Also, when I try to make a call, the call button/icon is often inactive. I have to close and reopen the app to make it work. SLOW to fix bugs. *2025-12-04* This could be a great app. There are so many basic and fundamental features missing that it’s almost unusable. You’ll never know if you missed a call or have a voicemail because the app doesn’t have a badge notification indicating such. You often won’t be able to answer calls on the app. The Hubspot integration works moderately well but leaves a lot to be desired. I don’t know why the developers are so slow to patch bugs or release improvements and updates. I hope someday I can come back and change my review to five stars, but with the way this works currently, the best I can do is three stars. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. No sound indicating the person on the other end hung up. Frequent dropped calls. Dial tone is non existent half the time. First, support gave me false information. After I purchased a subscription, I realized I had to pay twice as much to actually use it. I immediately requested a refund the same day, but they refused. They said they would “review” my case for 10 days, then still denied it. After that, my account was blocked - I can’t log in anymore. Customer Support is very responsive to my requests and very helpful. Implemented CloudTalk for my department and i can platform interface is very user-friendly. Training my department can be done within just an-hour or two. Although, some features come separately, and you are required to submit some documents to ensure you have access to that features, it was done with quite a big help from Customer Support.
