I am now unable to unpair it and no other options. My device is now useless and no customer service is available to fix it. ### 1/5 — F - FAIL. DONT BOTHER *2023-09-16* I would give -5 stars if possible. Been waiting for 4 months for assistance and unable to use my device until sorted ### 1/5 — App rendered my security camera useless *2023-07-09, version 1.0.2* Tried pairing my Laser security camera - says device not compatible but won’t let me delete it from the app. Can’t pair the camera to another app as it says camera is already bound to another service. Settings can be improved not sure how to change the time format instead of saying 1300 to 1 pm. It works though and less than branded names. The motion detection feature has three sensitivity options; low medium and high. But if you select high that setting won’t be retained for long, the app unilaterally resets to the low setting. It also takes a long time to establish a connection between the phone and the camera but that may be an issue with the camera rather than the app. I don’t know. ### 1/5 — App crashes instantly after install *2020-06-16* App crashes instantly after install! Can not open! ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2019-10-16* This application is horrible. It took the place for my doorbell and now no long pushes notification even with all the setting turned on.
