### 5/5 — An exciting new way to meditate!

I have always struggled with doing meditation. Either I couldn’t sit still or I would find my mind wandering to other things. However, with this app, all it asks me to do is lie down and look up. There are no rules for what I’m supposed to see or think or feel. And somehow, the very act of going outside and observing the natural sky above me is so relaxing. I always feel regenerated after. So happy I found this new way of meditating!
