Every time I try to sign I am asked for my information, but it’s constantly bouncing when I go from my user name/email to the password, And then it doesn’t accept it. When I try to search for a particular user or group that I know exists, it comes up with no matches. I appreciate non-censorship, but you really do need iron out the problems with this app. ### 2/5 — Won’t let me login *2022-10-05, version 2.0.41* This is the most frustrating app I have tried to use. It suddenly decided I needed to login again then wouldn’t let me complete the login. It is constantly updating & then won’t open. There must be a better social media platform. I quit Facebook & hoped this would be a good alternative. Guess I was wrong. ### 3/5 — Needs to improve *2021-07-29, version 2.0.3* Started out really good. But lately not so much. Keeps updating every day ..really! Now had to delete and soft reset my phone to get this app to work ,but still not good. Can’t see my posts , no pictures with stories , sometimes no stories. Use to have directions on how to use not anymore u should bring back for those of us that only occasionally post or follow a poster. Up ur game ### 4/5 — Not censored but.... *2021-03-07, version 1.19.0* Obsessive spam blocker. Recommend putting some sort of warning on your app first page or something. If you are short manned, head that off. Maybe an auto response for inability to post. If you need help, manning, I can volunteer temporarily. Experienced with customer service and this stuff. I have been volunteering for the same goal in many ways. Everyone looking for freedom of speech should get in. Maybe not all at once but put it on your things to do. It is new. Be tolerant of bugs and probably not enough support. In order for us to reach the same goal, we have to support these. Remember, it isn’t censored. Not everything will suit you or may be believable. Once he figures out this spam blocker issue, it is pretty good. A pretty good start. Even if you don’t use it, your membership is your voice. So 🤷‍♀️❤️🇺🇸 ### 4/5 — Almost a 5-Star *2021-02-11, version 1.18.6* I like the app over all, but two things are a buggered and need some attention. A) 200 character size limit? Really. Twitter blew that out some time back. B) I use an iPhone. The notifications badge never clears and resets. This is not a big deal, but it is quite annoying to my OCD. I’m very close to deleting the app from my iPhone and using it only on the PC. Otherwise, it’s quite nice. I receive endless notifications but there is no way to see where they originate, nor is there a way to turn them off that actually works. I receive more notifications since i went to profile/settings/notices. If this continues i’m going to delete the entire app. ### 4/5 — A few bugs *2021-01-16, version 1.18.6* I was able to sign up and started using a couple hours ago. Several times the app froze, it crashed once, and now when I try to post to the Elect 2020 page it returns an error about “technical difficulties.” I hope these are growing pains that will be resolved soon. ### 2/5 — Not for me... *2021-01-15, version 1.18.6* Thought it would be a good website to keep up with the news being omitted and/or deleted from other platforms. The newsfeed is full of junk from some people I’d rather not waste my time on. You can subscribe to a group but you have to go to it’s link to see what is posted (does not automatically show up on your feed). Also, they make it VERY DIFFICULT to delete/deactivate your account even if you want to leave (and your phone number is required to set up an account). To remove your account, you have to email their support team and tell them why you’re leaving. As hard as it was to create an account, I had hope that it would be more professionally administered. I hope they update the app to make the deactivation process easier if they don’t clean up the newsfeed. ### 4/5 — Freedom of speech *2021-01-15, version 1.18.6* It is a shame that conservative speech is being censured. The Republicans are partly to blame, they sat on their hands & did nothing about 230 that shields the Tech industry, and now we pay the price. I am glad that CloutHub is available for us to express all our disappointments in those who feed the swamp monsters😊 ### 4/5 — Refreshing &Real *2021-01-13, version 1.18.6* I joined CloutHub because I do not believe in censorship. The laws of libel & slander exist to ensure untruths are not endorsed. While I agree ALL violence needs to stop immediately until ALL avenues of remediation have been explored. However I do want to go to a platform where a multitude of ideas can be explored, respectfully. So far this is what I see. It is not just political, but social as well. I pray it will stay that way. I’m done with FB & the Twitt. Waiting for Parler to get a new platform to return there. Friends are here, & it’s enjoyable. I closed my Twitter account and Fakebook will be next. Making the move away from those in the tech industry that want to destroy our republic. Why are you periodically only showing a totally white blank page? Is this your way of censoring a person? I think if that is the way you do it then you should change. Your site provides good knowledgeable people who do research that is reliable. Why would you NOT want free speech? Geez- even Facebook at least let’s you know when and why they are censoring you. ( I do not agree with them withholding FACTS from being seen, however. They are not valid to them until they decide it is so TWO YEARS later.) Are you another site I will leave CloutHub? When I first started using Clouthub I didn't like the fact you could not control who came through your feed so I decided to leave and asked them to delete the account. Months later ai came back to try it again. Imagine my surprise to find the account was NEVER deleted. I said ok let's try it again. It's supposed to be new and updated version. I am only following a half dozen people supposedly yet only ONE of those people I want to follow comes through my feed. I have to go to the other people's pages to see their posts. I contacted them about it. Still not fixed and then last time I went on my profile picture was gone. Who was messing with that? I am done with them. Too much trouble. ### 1/5 — Support team is terrible! *2021-04-25, version 1.19.3* All I did was share some postings at night that I made in in the morning. They said I was spamming. I think spam is when you post one single thing over and over. Also there is a bunch of fake news accounts on there that actually do spam the same thing over and over. But I guess that’s ok. They locked me out and said nothing they could do. Don’t invest your time ### 1/5 — Horrible platform *2021-01-31, version 1.18.6* Constant network errors. So called free speech alternative is basically more like talking to yourself because the groups have moderators that have to approve your “free speech” post. Might as well take my chances on Twitter snd FB at least I can actually engage on those platforms without waiting a week to see if the comment was allowed. Even more annoying when you type out a comment and hit send only to get “network issue”. Gab is equally horrible alternative. I have more CloutHub posts on my feed then anything. You have to read an encyclopedia to figure out how to do anything and even after you figure it out there is constant networking errors. Telegram is the worst out of all the alternative platforms. I’ll be heading back to Twitter and Facebook until Parler comes back or until someone makes a platform that is usable. ### 1/5 — A rating of 1 is too generous. *2021-01-24, version 1.18.6* A significant number of members are either naive or intentionally posting fake stories. One yesterday, “Pelosi taken away by US Marshall’s.” Just like everything else social media this site attracts flies. And you can’t just delete your account! You have to tell support WHY before they delete it for you. That’s some freedom, isn’t it? I was hoping for a place that was different than the rest, but I don’t want anything to do with it. Hopefully the developers get it together one day. How people stay here or rate it higher than 1 is just baffling!!!! ### 1/5 — “Free Speech” Cesspool *2021-01-22, version 1.18.6* This app makes it seems like it is a wonderland of civil political discourse and it is really just where all the Parler people have migrated and continue to spread their Q conspiracy theories and call for the Republicans who voted for impeachment to be executed. It supposedly has community standards that include not using swears (love that that is somehow part of free speech 😂) or promoting violence but it seems completely unmoderated and a dangerous hot mess. Also it won’t cancel your account when you ask. Ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Glitchy and not user friendly *2021-01-20, version 1.18.6* This site is just like Twitter in so far that every post and comment will be reviewed before being posted. 1. Who reviews your posts and comments? A moderator. 2. Are there rules posted for what is allowed and is not allowed? No. 3. Are they fast? No, I have waited up to 4 days for my comment to be posted. By that time it’s no longer relevant. 4. The site is not user friendly at all. There is no back button. 5. The app will randomly sign you out. 6. When your tired of the site you have to email them to delete your profile. You better have someone check that it’s been deleted as well because they don’t actually delete them, they just stop you from signing in. To me this is just another Twitter or Facebook. ### 1/5 — Slow and disappointing *2021-01-16, version 1.18.6* I found the app very unstable. People I had friended or followed disappeared from time to time logging in. The feed would sometimes be completely empty, which isn’t possible. There isn’t a way to filter out people you aren’t interested in following. The one good thing that I found was a lack of left leaning censorship which is running wild in other social media. Has a long way to go to become competitive. ### 1/5 — Censored / Cancelled *2021-01-14, version 1.18.6* - I joined this platform because I thought it was the new Twitter...uncensored...I was wrong. Freedom of speech? Nope. I posted three clean and appropriate things of interest yesterday and all three were censored and removed by CloutHub “staff”. Seems the powers that be (the powers that are) in the tech world are already putting the screws to this new platform. So, I’ll be “outta there!” I would recommend the same for you. It is mostly about supporting the QANON agenda. If that is up your ally, then join, if not, I’d avoid. Also, you can’t even remove your account without emailing them for “review” which apparently takes longer than them sending you an email to ask how easy was it for you to join the page in the first place. I read EVERY review on the Apple App Store before joining and they were very misleading begging the question, are reviews being taken down? Very disappointed. I heard about CloutHub after the Lara Trump/President Trump interview was cowardly suppressed by Facebook, so I gave CloutHub a shot. Nice App, easy to use. I was looking around to see if there was more options and I found it ! What happens when you get booted off the app stores? Because that will happen too. Once they realize there is just too much free-speech happening here you’re going to be a threat. I was happy to find this alternative; it allows me to stay connected with the people and groups I followed on FB. It gives me hope for the continued existence of free speech in our country.
