### 5/5 — Great tracker!

*2026-07-14*

I’ve only been using it recently but I really appreciate having a place to log all my symptoms and cofactors all together. I love how customizable yet simple it is so you can tailor things to your needs as they fluctuate. Looking forward to making use of the metrics and insights over time to see what correlates.

In future versions, I would love if there was a meter and/or counter to track hydration/fluid intake as well. And it’d be great if entries for meals, toileting, etc. could be edited after creating. Right now I only see the option to delete the entry but not add to it if you want to make/change a note later on.

I hope more folks find this app who need it! It’s clear, not fussy but still comprehensive if you want, no ads, no bloat, no paywall-locked features. In today’s world, an accessible, non-predatory platform like this that puts user privacy first is a godsent breath of fresh air. Helps me feel more safe and connected to my body.

**Developer response:** Hello thanks so much for the review! This feedback is incredibly helpful. I will certainly take all of these suggestions into the next update!!

### 4/5 — Great app

*2026-05-30*

2nd update. Prompt reply from developer. Figured out the quick add symptom is for a one time recording. Long term have to be added in the symptoms section. Update. It keeps removing some of my symptoms from one day to the next. They are still listed on previous days, but I have to reenter them daily. Took me a minute to figure out how to add food and activity. You have to scroll down on the today page. But I like that I can add my own. Note that it’s not a nutrition or fitness tracker. It just records it to give broad insights in relation to your symptoms.

**Developer response:** Hey thanks for the feedback. Are you adding them as one time symptoms? If you click “Edit” next to Symptoms or “Manage Symptoms” in settings, you will be able to permanently add your symptoms. The one time symptom feature is to enable you to enter a symptom that doesn’t occur everyday/frequently.

### 5/5 — love ittta

*2026-05-07*

Compared to all of the other spendy apps, I absolutely love Clove! It’s so easy to use and I love how it tracks different patterns and charts all of your symptoms for you. So glad I found this app!!

**Developer response:** Thanks a ton! Glad it is working well for you :)

### 5/5 — Very nice app.

*2026-04-10*

Clove is great for tracking symptoms and feelings over a long period of time. I especially like the correlation data, although it’s a bit strange to understand. Does “best” refer to highest? I think the words should be switched as calling my level of pain “best” could refer to highest or lowest level of pain. I wish the app would automatically save changes I make, and an option to switch to six hour or twelve hour time increments for tracking would be nice. Besides that it’s very simple, there are no stakes, making it easy to use.
Currently removing symptoms from your list doesn’t remove them immediately and you can’t change what position a symptom is in the list. I hope these are updated.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! I really appreciate hearing about how the app can be improved. The calendar will show both tracked period days along with predicted cycles (in the history tab). I would love to hear more about what you are looking for from that feature! I definitely appreciate these suggestions and will take them into account!

### 5/5 — Perfect for me!

*2026-01-18*

Thank you so much for this app! I have been looking for a while for an app that allows custom symptom fields, notes, and also tracks meds. This one does it all and doesn’t snarf up all your data! The interface is clean, and it doesn’t send annoying notifications. No gamification or gimmicks. I haven’t had the chance to try the insights, but I love what I’ve used. Thank you!!

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for the kind words! I am so glad you have found the app helpful:)

### 5/5 — Great !

*2025-11-26*

So far I like everything about this app. I love that there’s no paywalls, symptoms are customizable, and I like seeing the analyses. My one complaint is that having each symptom be a sliding scale is annoying for two reasons: 1. Sometimes the symptom is just a yes/no. 2. When I try to scroll down, it thinks I am adjusting a slider and it messes up whatever I put down.
If these two changes could be made, I think this app would be near perfect!

**Developer response:** Hey there! Thanks so much for the review. This is really valuable feedback and I will definitely think about how this can be improved!! If you don’t like the slider mechanic, you can switch them to buttons instead in Settings > Feature Selection > Input Method and select “Button Input”. There is also a Yes/No option for symptoms! Thanks again and glad you enjoy :)

### 5/5 — Fits every need!

*2025-09-28*

This app checks ALL of the things I have been looking for (and tried over several years). It’s customizable, it doesn’t share personal health data (unless the user exports it), it helps me log almost Every Single Thing I need to chronicle my multiple chronic conditions, so that I (and my providers) can look for patterns and potential missing pieces to the complex puzzle I/we (providers who believe in me) hopefully we can put together!
It also has what I need to monitor, and learn or to predict and prevent the triggers to flares and crashes, which have alluded me despite best efforts.
The most relevant thing about this app is that it’s not overly complicated, not too basic, and works for most any long term illness/condition. I’d add a few features or options, BUT overall in 10+ years of everything from autoimmune diseases to cancer (treatment/aftermath), health conditions and most of all symptoms that overlap, this is absolutely the best app I have found!

**Developer response:** Wow! This makes me so happy to hear. I am so glad that Clove has been useful to you. Please be sure to recommend any feature ideas you have!

### 5/5 — Easy to navigate

*2025-08-17*

Exactly what I was looking for to track my symptoms! Simplistic yet thorough. Highly recommend.
