An error message comes up stating invalid your must enter state . I have tried numerous ways even different states. I live in NY I entered the correct state that is connected to the card payment I’m entering in still nothing works. Then when we called for a ride from the ferry terminal back to our hotel, the operator was very rude and said they don’t go there. Worst dispatching system & 90% of drivers are horrible & have no idea of the area & even in this day & age w GPS & every available app they still call from the wrong address & even on the wrong street at times. 45min to 1hr waits EVERY DAY ANYTIME OF DAY!! This place has some balls the way they operate & I’m amazed that they stay in business. Tried to enter my card info on the app, so many prompts saying i was missing info, etc. i wasn’t. I tried doing it on safari instead, nope, they just don’t allow you at all because they just want your cash and they lie about letting you pay card. I used them years ago and they were sleazy then and would assume they still are creepy old men. It only accepts abbreviations and it’s not accepting any state - NY, NJ, etc. I restarted the app as well and it’s not accepting the “ State” I entered. The app keeps providing a error message that says “validation error: field ‘state’ is required”. I have entered the state there and it keeps saying that. My sister was having car trouble after picking her son up from school so I was ordering a cab home for them. The dispatcher was extremely rude implying I’m some sort of criminal trying to steal from them. When I went to the company’s office, I did not find anything. I left my number and a message to communicate with the company, and the employee told me that we would deliver her home, and that’s it. Safe Clean, Reliable and Experienced drivers at a responsible rate is what you get when you call CLOVE LAKE CARS!!!
