Not what i was looking for ### 1/5 — Broken *2024-09-17* So it’s been a while. I thought I’d check out the latest with this. I discover I’ve been logged out. There’s some kind of verifying process. I follow the email send process. I get an email with a link that takes me to the online site. It says in the email that it will connect me to the app. It does nothing of the sort. Therefor can’t log into app. I won’t be eating (spending my money) there. ### 1/5 — Text message spam *2021-01-26* App is fairly well designed, but they use your phone number to spam you with text messages. Do I really want to receive a text every time they design a new sandwich? Please just leave me alone. ### 1/5 — Can view food menu *2020-12-19* Can only see the current menu and not the next meal. So if you want to see what’s on the lunch menu, but it’s breakfast time, no dice. 0/5. ### 1/5 — Demolishing my battery *2020-06-30* No problems with the app itself but when it's not open, it must be running some kind of background service because it is accounting for 59% of all my battery usage. My girlfriend is having the same problem. ### 1/5 — Cannot log in *2020-01-28* Since the app has updated, I can no longer log in. I created my account using my Apple ID and, when I try to log in, it runs my scan and says it logs me in but takes me back to the login screen. When I press the Apple ID login button again, it doesn’t respond. ### 2/5 — No option for tip *2022-09-19* Why can’t I leave a tip in the app? That’s insane. ### 3/5 — Cancelled breakfast *2024-04-04* They will cancel your order if you order breakfast five minutes before breakfast ends 👎 ### 3/5 — Careful about assumed location! *2023-12-19* The app chose a default location when I placed my order. Naturally it wasn’t close to me AND there’s no easy to cancel, change, or call the location to let them know what happened. The app should not make an assumption like this! There needs to be a way to call about orders! ### 3/5 — No way to leave a tip *2020-08-21* I don’t want to spend money at a restaurant during a pandemic if there’s no way to support the staff. I can order ahead and then walk over and the food is ready to eat or pick up. The tip employee button is good for the staff there ### 5/5 — One thing ... *2018-01-18* Request the app default to a "home store" or somehow make the location more intelligent (or prominent when checking out). I visited another Clover and then, a few days later, mistakenly ordered there vs. my normal morning spot. **Developer response:** We hear you loud and clear! We've been working on a new design of the app over the past few months, and one of the core elements is making your currently selected Clover location much more prominent. We plan to have it out the door in early February. It works well and I have no complaints. But, I would love it if there was an option for pay at the store.
