Clover instructed me to return all the hardware, which I did. I was then told that my services would be canceled. However, Clover continued charging me month after month even though I am no longer using its services and do not have any of its hardware. When I contacted customer service, I was told that my account was still active and that this was why they could continue charging me. I believe this is extremely unfair and misleading. If I followed their instructions, returned all the equipment, and was told the service would be canceled, I should not have continued to receive monthly charges. My experience with Clover’s customer service has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on how my cancellation was handled. Be careful, keep records of all cancellation requests, and confirm in writing that your account has been fully closed before returning any equipment. ### 1/5 — Very bad business partner *2026-07-01, version 5.12.1* You will know about their bad practices. This opens the entire keyboard and when you press anything it picks a random number to add. Ridiculous bug, please fix asap! The show on kiosk toggle button and the image upload option is unavailable in the app . Earlier it was easy to update the image in the kiosk by using the app . Now we have to always use the web dashboard to upload. Also for each update on the kiosk, we have to rely on web dashboard and the clover to app doesn’t have the function shown .
