She said me that because of one incorrect written peacock, because of that reason, the account is banned and in that wallet, my amount was there and the another product was also picked up, but then I did not got the amount and the amount has not received the pick up has been done. My order was delivered late by almost 10–12 days. I filed a return request the same day it was delivered, and the products were picked up after another 10 days of waiting. Since then, no update on the return and no refund. When I contacted customer support, they kept asking me to provide proof that I handed over the products to their delivery partner. Is it really the customer’s responsibility to update the brand about a successful pickup when it’s their own logistics team handling it? Every time I email, I get the same copy-paste response asking for SMS or email proof. Never going to order from here again and would not recommend. Products are good, but these kinds of experiences frustrate customers. I also mistakenly entered the wrong mobile number for exchange/delivery, and despite informing customer service multiple times (4–5 follow-up calls), the issue is still not resolved. It has been over 1.5 months, and the exchange/return for 2 items is still pending. The only response I receive is repeated apologies with no action. This shows a lack of accountability and very poor service standards. This experience has caused me great inconvenience, and I have lost trust in the platform. I told them to atleast cancel and refund if they r unable to get it delivered but no luck they again asked me to wait..so still m waiting and its one month since i placed the order. Till now neither i received the products nor the refund..nowdays when we have so many options to order things online how can one be so pathetic and unprofessional.. anyways plz think twice before ordering anything from clovia. Further it’s quite appalling to note that clovia account can be easily hacked into and anyone can use ur wallet to order by adding their address. I’m currently facing such an issue and have lodged a complaint with cyber crime as clovia has not helped. Second they have major issues with logistics. You will never get the items u ordered. It will either forever run late or never get delivered. While their products are good, it’s not worth the hassle that u will be put through. Four to five days later I contacted the customer care regarding where's my order they informed me that ma'am its already been shipped we will ask the logistic partner to deliver your order as soon as possible. Days passed and I was in hope that my order might reach to me as the order status always kept on showing ORDER SHIPPED. On 3rd October I called the customer care once again and asked them to cheque my order as it was 10 days then they informed me that maam due to delayed delivery your order got cancelled automatically and unless and until it reaches to the warehouse you amount will not be credited to the wallet. Firstly this is a highly mismanagement and mis maintenance on the part of your app as it's an online platform the customers are rely only on the app. Still now its 5th of October and the order status has been showing order shift. Nowhere in your website it was written that they will give a awb number and we have to track the order from a different website if this is the scenario then these kind of comments should be mentioned in the website for the customers to understand. I was a first time customer at Clovia and It hasn't fallen short in giving me enough of harassment . I contacted the customer care I asked them repeatedly to review my app and to update whatever is happening in my app to change the status and write there that order got cancelled or at least let me track the refund via the app but nothing happened till now. Due to such a poor experience I would never ever buy myself from Clovia not also refer anybody but they told me that the amount will be credited to the clovia wallet. It's my honest request to credit the amount in my source as I'm not at all interested to buy from Clovia. I understand mistakes can happen on part of anybody but actions should be taken after repeated information or after repeated requests. But till now everything is the same even the order status.
