The map is completely wrong and tells the drivers to pick my daughter up behind our house on a street that isn’t even our street. To make it even worse, lately the app doesn’t even allow us to see where the driver is or when they are close to our house. ### 5/5 — Solved the confirmation code problem *2024-08-09* You need to call Clovis round up to ask for a confirmation and they should be able to help you out with no issues. But when I wait for the code it never shows up on my text messages, I even tried to let the app call my phone but I never receive a call at all.
