We accidentally put our entry time as pm instead of am. There was no effort to help us and customer service was unkind and inflexible. I have a work phone that I’m not signed out of so thank goodness I can still book parking. Update the stupid app so passwords can be reset ### 1/5 — Parking *2025-07-22, version 2.2.1* Let me explain why I’m giving this one star although the parking was good I experienced a problem when it was time to exit the garage and my barcode wasn’t working for me to exit after I prepaid and was told I had to pay to leave the garage. And to contact the parking department on Monday for a POSSIBLE REFUND so I paid the $100.00 to exit so frustration is a understatement still haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone ### 1/5 — Useless for hourly *2025-06-28, version 2.2.1* Neither this app or the actual airport parking website will let you prebook hourly parking. I tried multiple times, across multiple browsers, and nothing. The app would say that hourly is reservation only, so I tried to book it and nothing. I booked a daily instead and then when I got there hourly was wide open. ### 1/5 — Send the app developers back to primary school! *2025-06-27, version 2.2.1* My next-door neighbor told me how great it was to be able to reserve a space in a conveniently located parking lot to the Charlotte airport. She showed me this app, I downloaded it and began and rolling. What a pathetic piece of software! It does not link withany of my password apps to auto fill and save the passwords, then populate the new password and the verification of the new password on the enrollment process. It also asks you to add your license plate, but then shut down after about a minute when you go out to find your license plate because you just don’t remember that all the time. They’re other problems like that, that the software fails to anticipate and makes it incredibly time-consuming to get registered. ### 1/5 — Directions Wrong *2025-06-23, version 2.2.1* There is absolutely no way that the ratings for this app are five stars because the directions they give you to the valet for the hourly deck are so completely not what happens when you click to open up where to go and Google or Apple Maps but I can only call it completely fraudulent it. It’s really sad that Apple allows them to manipulate their ratings and I would strongly urge anyone downloading this app to not book any of the valet or express deck parking because their directions are so woefully inadequate and their customer service is nonexistent. ### 1/5 — App is glitching and slow after CLT rewards update *2024-11-11, version 2.0.0* App has tons of glitches and is very laggy. Especially when needing to load any information via the server. Using the website is a better experience.
