This is just an awful app. In a few hours this morning when I’ve not even been using the app it has used 20% of my battery.

It also doesn’t work if you restrict the app to location access only whilst the app is open.

Finally the discounts etc don’t always work as advertised, despite scanning my qr code I got no discount. It’s a huge shame as (when the discounts work) I actually quite like the Glasgow airport store.

Uninstalled for now, hopefully they eventually fix the app.

This app is a complete disaster. I placed an order for two perfumes, then changed my mind – but guess what? There’s absolutely no way to cancel, no way to change, no way to get a refund. Once you order, you’re stuck. That’s insane in 2025.

I contacted their customer service multiple times. No reply. Nothing. Silence. Meanwhile, they already took my money, kept the order pending for days, and then just confirmed it without even addressing my request to cancel. I even replied directly to their confirmation email asking again to cancel – still ignored.

Customer service doesn’t exist, the app is useless, and the whole experience feels like a scam. Honestly, stay away. This company doesn’t respect its customers at all.

Aplicativo tem algum
Bug. Baixei nos meus 2 aparelhos. Manda fazer login. Ao digitar, orienta complementar os dados. Ao digitar, ele fala que já te b conta… e assim foram mais de 20 frustradas tentativas em ambos aparelhos. Vocês tinham que ter resetado a base do app anterior ou verificar por que o login não funciona. Ah, mudei senha na esperança, que tb não foi eficaz. Horrível o app!!!

App desistiu de funcionar. Ao abrir ele vai direto na página dos novos termos e condições. Clico em aceitar e dá erro. Não permite mais login. 

Atendente aeroporto informa que tem 5% desconto adicional com 6 primeiros dígitos de cartão visa infinite. Tentei 2 cartões e não funcionou o desconto. Desisti da compra só pela raiva que passei.

I have had this app now since Feb 25 and the app was great to start with, I’m lucky enough to go away for work quite a lot so find myself picking up perfumes etc quite regularly. But every time I scan this app it never works… Local airports, AMS, ABZ. None of them work. Never get any discounts or points added to my account… very disappointing…
