Apparently from other reviews no one else likes this app either! ### 1/5 — Poorly developed app *2023-06-01* Password field is not coded properly so my apple keychain doesn’t even recognize it as a password to fill. Worst of all, I have 2 vehicles on my account but when I register it only shows one. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2023-02-07, version 1.98.1* Completely worthless app. It wouldn’t scan my sticker code. Clunky interface. Requires re-entry of all customer info (including CC#). And then tells me I’m not in their database. Finally got my fast pass working and decided to try and log in again. I keep getting an error that says “customer not found”. I tried resetting my password and everything and it can’t somehow find my account. I’m going back to Tommy’s Club because at least they know how to make a functioning app. ### 1/5 — Come On *2022-03-24, version 1.90.0* New member as of March 2022. I left Zips Carwash because the lack of service they offer does not come close to what they’re membership cost. But at least their app worked properly. So, Club Car Wash you can not be serious with this tier one attempt of an app. Your business is phenomenal! Clean areas, great employees, and a great price. But! The scan feature doesn’t even load to scan the barcode to look up my account. Tired on 3 different cars.
