The app doesn’t recognize my phone number, but it will send me a text to reset my password. I changed my password, still doesn’t recognize my phone number. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-04-11, version 1.0* Link or App doesn’t recognize my mobile number to log in that I’ve used for a year for my account. Endless loop of trying to create a new account. Maybe that’s the point, to not allow us to collect points on our membership, idk. But why send a link to my phone number reminding me to log in to app to collect points for my subscription, then saying it doesn’t recognize that same number!
