But it needs more realism. The player wages and transfer fees are extremely unreal as you go on. You are guaranteed to go bankrupt practically as you get better players wanting £500k+ a week. And if you upgrade your stadium to 70k+ capacity like I did. Your club isnt surviving unfortunately. The good points are it’s a nice clean and very simple to navigate menus. The mechanics and the visuals of the game are all great. The bad points (there are a few) 1. It’s just very easy… I’ve only played 4 seasons which only takes a couple of hours and I’m already the best team in the world and nothing else to do but keep winning everything again and again 2. Even being an unbelievably talented squad beating Bayern 6-0 regularly, I always seen to lose in the English cup to someone like Alfreton Town every year 3. Player values/transfers are a little silly. Clubs will come in for a bang average player and offer £200million and when you buy a player and negotiate they will often ask for less money than you’re actually offering them to buy their player? 4. The game simulation is pointless. You can do anything other than watch pop ups of goals. There’s no extra visuals, no extra control over the team, you just sit and wait for the game to finish. 5. MY BIGGEST PEEV WITH THIS GAME is the player salary demands. I have players that are on £30k a week, average squad players and their contracts are expiring. But they demand £550k a week and a £50k goal bonus? After a couple seasons and most of your players want this ridiculous contract that you’re forced to either sell them off meaning there’s no “building” players up because you have a completely new squad every 2/3 years or you go into crippling debt because you don’t earn anywhere near enough revenue to cope with it.
