Diamond member cannot always get into the app. Tells me to download new app which I have already done information not always correct

I am a diamond and when trying to log into the new app it’s making me set up a whole new account. Very disappointed in the service

Having lost my diamond membership after moving to this new app I’m absolutely appalled. Terrible app, will not be bringing business to this group any more!

Not sure why they keep making new apps instead of just updating the one they have, and then the old sign in either doesn’t work or requires a new login each time as well. Inconvenient and outside of industry standard
