No they won’t have had … I would ask you to send me photographic evidence of the dust marks that you say are on this particular dress to prove what you are implying .. I was actually in the clothing retail industry myself for a lot of years and understand that some customers would wear a dress and then return it to a shop / company for a refund .. not a great thing to do for the company’s business… but I can assure you that those dresses were only tried on in a carpeted room and only once as I chose the halter neck one to wear for my wedding in Vegas this coming Friday .. The 2nd came after the 14 day return period. The Cust Serv Rep, Erin said they would honor the later delivery date since I needed both to decide which to keep. I sent both back (ordered 2 more) and now they are not refunding me. They have had my return for 7 days now. (2 Day are weekend so I understand that) - But I can not get Cust service to investigate this and see that it is a legite return. ### 1/5 — App does not work. *2025-11-29, version 20.0.108* Downloaded the app to buy a dress for the first time and I can’t even checkout. They said it’s a credit card issue, I’ve tried 2 cards that are both fully loaded and have made sure the billing info is correct yet still the order is automatically canceled.
