## What is Club Ladder?

ClubLadder turns your tennis club into a living leaderboard. Record matches, and every player's rating updates automatically using the proven Elo system — the same math used in chess and table tennis. No spreadsheets, no manual bookkeeping.

WHAT YOU GET
• Automatic ratings — win and your rating rises, lose and it dips, and beating a stronger player is worth more. New players calibrate fast and settle at their true level within a few weeks.
• Three ladders in one — separate standings for Competitive Singles, Competitive Doubles, and Social play.
• See yourself through different lenses — view any ladder under Elo, Glicko-2, Win %, Colley, or margin-aware Elo, just to see how you'd rank. It's display-only; your official rating is always the club's Elo.
• Events — run freeform rounds, single-elimination brackets, or round robins, with live standings.
• Inter-club events — host a tournament, invite another club by code, enter players from both rosters, and track a shared cross-club ladder.
• Easy match entry — admins record results; players can submit their own match reports for one-tap admin approval.
• A roster that fits your club — add players with photos and colors, mark anchors and provisional newcomers, and import a whole roster from CSV.
• Web admin console — manage players, promote admins, load data, and verify everything from any browser.
• Multi-club — belong to several clubs and switch between them instantly.

Your club's data lives on a secure server and syncs to every member's device, so everyone sees the same standings.

Ratings now go deeper than ever. Instead of one combined Singles/Doubles/Social number, your club tracks six independent ladders — Social, Men's Singles, Ladies' Singles, Men's Doubles, Ladies' Doubles, and Mixed Doubles — each rated only from its own matches.

• Your player page now shows every ladder you've actually played, side by side.
• The ladder picker only lists divisions your club has real matches in — no empty ladders cluttering the list.
• Bracket seeding now uses the right ladder's rating, so a bracket never gets seeded off a number an unrelated event moved.
• Fixed a bug where deleting a match on your device didn't always remove it from the shared club history.
• Joining a club now has a search field to find your name faster in a long roster.
