Doesn’t seem to be any support to contact it just takes you to the Apple Watch section of the website. ### 1/5 — Needs work from developers *2024-01-14, version 1.3.3* As others have found, I can’t get the app on my phone (just says ‘purchased’ but doesn’t appear). I’m not sure if you can upvote this but please spread around to make this as useful as possible. The key to getting the app back on your watch is to use the App Store from your watch (not this one on your phone). The common issue everyone is having is that the app is showing purchased and greyed out. HOWEVER, if you go to the App Store using your Watch, search ‘Club Lime’ you’ll find the Watch ID app, difference however is that the app will show an option to re-download the app. From here you can use the access code from the phone app to set up the Watch app and now use your Watch to open locations. This took me maybe 10 minutes to figure out. Club Lime, I’ll gladly accept a free membership, discount or job offer to assist in your app development ;) ### 5/5 — Works! *2023-11-17, version 1.3.3* Works perfect for me as of 17/11/23. If you don’t know how to set this up and you’re stuck in “purchased” on mobile, simply open the App Store on your watch, select account, select purchased and the download clublime member Id. From there open your member ID app on your phone, select settings then select get code for Apple Watch and input the code into your watch. Hope they can update it so the app can be even handier. ### 3/5 — App works (use instructions below) *2023-08-27, version 1.3.3* I had issues App not showing up on my watch, so I did this: 1) On your Apple Watch, go to App Store 2) Search for Club Lime Watch ID and Download 3) Open watch app and you’ll get Code prompt 4) Open Member ID app on your phone and go to settings > Get Code for Apple Watch ID 5) Grab the 6 digit code and enter it on your Watch App 6) Should authenticate and then work If this doesn’t work then you can also search for the HIIT Member ID which also works with club Lime accounts, and they have a watch app identical to Lime.
