Club Mahindra  • Club Mahindra has been synonymous with good times and great vacations and now it has its own dedicated app to bring the travel enthusiasts even closer. The app will be a one-stop destination to provide the Club Mahindra patrons with all the information they would ever need regarding their stay. 
 • Viewing information about resorts – Whether you’re in the mood for a holiday in the mountains or a coastal cruise, the app gives you detailed information about each of our resorts. 
 • Requesting a Service to MR or Resort ops – Using the app, you can enjoy the convenience of requesting certain services at the resort. You can also get in touch with the Member Relationship team by calling them via the app itself.
 • To start with, one simply has to download and install the Club Mahindra app in their phone from AppStore Account and log in with their member id/email id. It is that simple to get started. The app is absolutely free to download.

Due to my circumstances, I am unable to plan my holidays one or two months in advance. Whenever my spouse and I travel to India, it is usually for only a couple of weeks, and we try to book a holiday during that period. Unfortunately, every time we attempt to make a reservation, we are placed on the waiting list, and in most cases, the booking is never confirmed. This has happened repeatedly and has made it extremely difficult for us to use the membership benefits that we have paid for. As members living abroad, we expect some flexibility or support in booking holidays. The current booking process and lack of availability have been very disappointing. Our team will soon get in touch with you to assist you further. ### 1/5 — False claims to the new members *2026-01-13* I recently took the membership in November 2025 and even though we didn’t want to take it cuz of some hindrances, the agent guy insisted onto us that after the down payment the monthly EMI will hardly come around 3 to 4K and so we agreed to take the membership. They set up all the payment and other options and told us that the autopay will start from January 2026 onwards. Earlier this month, we get the information that it’s more than 10k EMI coming into monthly, and when we tried to call and connect with the agent guy to talk about it, they are not at all responding nor replying to us back. Food cost is also too much high within premises. Middle class people can’t afford thid high rated food. Also facing issues during bioking.. from last one month i tried for udaipur booking still not getting booking. Club mahindra get benefit of our like normal people.. I checked anytime still booking is not available. There is also no option for membership stoping. Please don’t go with club mahindra. ### 1/5 — Poor care for customers *2025-07-17* Had booked in June beginning for Humpi from 10th Aug’25 to 14th Aug’25. At the time 10th to 12th, it was green and booked it. 12th to 13th was wait list and 13th to 14th it was available and applied. Yesterday when I talked to customer care, was told the total duration has been put under wait list. I don’t understand how it can be done so ! When the representative of club Mahindra had approached me for upgradation to Premium had made so many promises that leave the booking to him as single point contact and be rest assured that the booking will be confirmed. So, I got it upgraded. Now once his objective was fulfilled then I am not able to interact even with him. Forget about the support. Feel cheated by him and also by club Mahindra. So casual and fooling approach by club Mahindra. I have not got support even once till date. Feel helpless from his side and club Mahindra as well!!! Can some body Look into my booking and revert back… Further, this is not one time problem while booking but any time. Appears club Mahindra is rudderless and also without any management. Ofcourse they have good properties but they are unable to fulfill their promises and I have experienced that planning our vacation and stay on our own is much better and have freedom of choice. But with club mahindra thay always make you feel that you are a lower class no matter which category you subscribe or how muvh do you pay in advance. This is after reading the note that 20th to 30th Apr & 1st to 3rd May is for “members only” period. But the app repeatedly asked me to change the dates sequence. But when I called up the customer care, the support person said that till 31st May is “member only” period and that the mistake in the app is due to a “bug”.
