It was really fantastic stay & my family enjoyed fully. Thanks management & great staff. Special thanks to Shruti who advised me to become the member of Level-2. The app is convenient, user-friendly, and has a clean interface that makes browsing offers and redeeming benefits very easy. What I particularly appreciate is how widely it’s accepted across many Marriott properties, making it genuinely valuable for frequent diners and travelers. Be it Rohit who’s always ready to help when checking in and ofcourse the entire team at JW cafe and housekeeping. However, i would say it’s a smoother experience trying to do the bookings through the club Mariott team over the phone rather than using the app as very often it’s a but of a challenge. We signed up for the membership while we were at the hotel. It was an amazing experience and cherry on cake was complimentary Drinks & snacks at lounge. The food at K3 was excellent and hospitality at its best. Since today I became a member of such renowned Hotel chain. The check-in process was very smooth and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The room was not only nice but also beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience. ### 1/5 — JWM JUHU BRUNCH *2025-06-11* The services are good but the buffet spread has shrunk quite significantly. After membership their properties treat members at unwanted guests *2024-10-07* This is the worst club membership program I have experienced. After taking membership it is very difficult to get booking using the membership vouchers. Even after making reservation requests at their restaurants more than 24 hours in advance they would not confirm the reservation you have to keep on calling their call centre who will tell u to call the property or restaurant or wait for their call which never comes. Have been facing this now almost every time. The experience as a member is clearly of being unwanted in the properties!! Was a mistake taking this membership and have had such horrible experience.
