Tell your developers to wake up Derek ### 1/5 — App crashes CONSTANTLY *2025-11-02* I’ve used this app for three years. It is not user friendly and CONSTANTLY crashes. I have to uninstall and reinstall every couple of months to get it to work. I cannot book a room with my Club One rewards which casuals unnecessary phone calls to reservations. I was able to login with my account and immediately access my room, free play and food/beverage offer details instantly, as well as the slot tournaments shared with me. It would be great to be able to book an offer on the app, but perhaps this could be added down the line. ### 3/5 — Unable to login after 9/14 update *2023-09-14* The ClubOne app updated today and now I cannot log in to the app - I enter my credentials but it does not log in to my account.
