A real shortcoming. ### 1/5 — Don’t even bother *2026-08-02* A completely useless app. Have spent literally days trying to get this app to work. The problems start from the very beginning - the log in. You will have to reset the login several times and if you get lucky, it may let you access your account. But then when you think you have it all sorted, you open it at the checkout, it asks for your password(which is saved on iPhone) and it rejects it. A truly horrific experience, and I have given up. Shopping elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2026-07-23* I have tried multiple times to have ANYONE from Club+ contact me to no avail. The app simply DOES NOT work. No matter how many times I have changed the password or installed/uninstalled the app. Don’t bother with it, absolutely zero care factor or support **Developer response:** We understand how frustrating it is when technology doesn't work as expected. Unfortunately, there isn’t enough information here for us to suggest specific steps. Please try resetting your password on the Club+ website first and confirm you can log in through your web browser before trying the app again. We are also currently restricting traffic from outside New Zealand as a security measure, and we are working to remove this restriction soon. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t not work *2026-07-16* Try many things to login .. ‘ something went wrong’ is all I see … Woolworths app just works **Developer response:** We are sorry you are running into login issues. We are continuing to work on session management improvements and further enhancements are planned for future app releases. Also, please note that we currently block traffic from outside of New Zealand, which might be contributing to the issue. ### 5/5 — Abysmal *2026-07-14* This app and the associated communications - which cannot be unsubscribed from - are unfit for use. It won’t login and I have resorted to using the barcode from the joining email. However, I will probably ditch Club+ as it appears poorly rolled out and the loyalty benefits do not seem worth the effort of trying to use this app. **Developer response:** We are sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging into the app. Please note that currently we are blocking traffic from outside of New Zealand. As you appear to be accessing the app from United Kingdom, it might be contributing to your issues logging in. ### 1/5 — Rubbish app doesn’t work *2026-07-10* It’s been a month since the roll out and this app has never worked, it just keeps saying “something went wrong” when I try to sign in. I tried all the fixes they suggested - changing password etc and still nothing. Can’t shop online if you don’t connect your card so I shop at Woolworths now.
