I can’t event create an account. It says my member number is invalid even tho I verified it with the gym. It will not work at all.

Can’t schedule anything, it gets stuck loading and a white screen appears and never loads anything. I have to delete and reload the app every time I want to schedule a tennis court. The app doesn’t do much, it needs to figure out how to do the few things it does correctly.

This app is garbage. It logs you out everyday, doesn’t allow you to schedule sessions with your trainer, and is extremely glitchy. We want MindBody back!

Is it me or do I really have to enter my username and password every time I visit the gym ?   This doesn’t seem too logical.

Why does this app automatically log me out every day? The whole purpose behind using this app isto make it easy to sign into my gym. If I have to remember a complicated password every morning, it defeats the purpose. Please fix.

The interface is absolutely terrible. Members have difficulty finding which classes are full, which they’ve signed up to, and logging in with an email hasn’t worked for many people.
