## What's New ### Event Management - New event posters and event photos are now separate fields, so promo posters and event shots no longer overwrite each other - Add up to 3 event photos per event, swipeable in the feed - Brand-new image cropper with pinch-to-zoom, drag-to-pan, edge snapping, and double-tap to reset ### Sharing & Joining - QR code now includes both legacy and new formats, so older devices can still scan and join - New "Permanent" QR mode for posters and printed materials (no expiry) - Save QR code as image directly from the app ### Performance & Reliability - Migrated image storage to Cloudflare R2 for faster image loading and global reach - Barcode check-in scanner now zooms 1.7x by default and supports tap-to-focus, fixing close-range scanning issues - Live location tracking on the map updates every 3 seconds ### Profile - Inline username availability check while editing - Nationality picker replaces free-form text input - Profile updates only send changed fields, preventing errors from unmodified data ### Admin Hub - Sub-groups now appear in the top selector with the full group name shown - Edit your club logo directly from the admin hub (long-press the logo) - Browse Clubs shortcut shown when the home feed is empty - Only club leads can grant or revoke lead role (admins can no longer escalate peers) ### Notifications - Push notification sent to all club members when a new event is posted (excludes guests) ### Web Companion - Android users can now use the web app to view tickets and display CODE128 barcodes for admin check-in ### Stability - Comprehensive timezone overhaul: dates and times are now consistent across devices and across all screens (no more day-off display) - Server logging improvements help us catch and resolve issues faster
