The app took a considerable cut from every withdrawal, and still have arbitrary $100 withdrawal amount, and they will not send any balance to you if you close your account and it’s under that (even if it’s a negligible difference). If iknew this before, I’d never download this app, SCAM be aware! ### 1/5 — disappointing experience *2026-06-26, version 1.2.42727* Used to enjoy using this platform when it was Brandbassador, but my experience with support has been incredibly disappointing. I raised an issue with a reward code on 1st March and spent months chasing for updates. (It’s June 26th at the time of writing and my last comms was 7 weeks ago and I still don’t have my £70 code reward) After repeated follow-ups, I was eventually told the brand had left the platform, something that was never mentioned during the months I was trying to get help. Since then, my emails have gone unanswered. The reward was earned through completing tasks and creating content, so it’s frustrating to spend time contributing only to be left without support when something goes wrong. Poor communication, no resolution, and a complete lack of accountability. ### 1/5 — Good, Until It’s Not *2026-05-08* It’s a fine app with a few good brands for a beginner influencer…until you need support from a human, not a chatbot. I made a withdrawal from my “wallet” a month ago, and it still hasn’t reached my bank account. It took weeks for a human to finally respond to my repeated asks (via chatbot) for help — and it’s still not resolved. It’s fun to earn money, but if you never get your earnings and it’s all just numbers in your fake wallet, it just becomes frustrating. The app would tell me I received payment only for those commissions to be stuck in processing for up to 3 months. I reached out to support but only would get “they’re looking into the issue.” The problems eventually revolved themselves and I had to update the support team bc they had no idea. In order to receive payouts you also must scan in personal documents.
