Substituting exercises is not intuitive. Cool gym tho ### 1/5 — Won’t let me log in *2024-04-07, version 7.95.0* I’ve had a membership for nearly three months now and I still can’t log into this app. Every time I click “forgot password” and enter my email it tells me to check my internet connection. Every. Time. No matter where I am or how my connection is. When I try to reset my password through the website, it never sends the email. I’ve tried every email I have, despite the fact that I know which email I used. Can’t update payment methods, can’t switch between payment methods, can’t add a new one. My husband has the app too, but has a make a payment option, which I don’t! It’s incredibly frustrating and inconvenient to have to stop by the desk because they don’t know what they’re doing most of the time anyways. Fix the app, take a page out of the many gyms around (LA, 24HR, Planet, etc) and update the app to make it more user friendly and less glitchy. ### 1/5 — Great app . All about money only! *2025-09-29, version 7.203.0* I visited 2 times to the local gym at which time I contracted the chicken pox for the second time in my life. THEY HAD NO REGIMENT FOR KEEPING EQUIPMENT CLEAN! I have been charged over $500 for those 2 visit. I appealed to the company this last month explaining my situation and even got a letter from my PCP. The request even went to the GM to see if my health condition that I acquired from the gym could be considered and that some of the $500+ I have been charged could be refunded considering I went TWICE. The said "NO!". Then today they charged me another $26. I am on a fixed income and what they have taken out of my bank totals 1/3 of my monthly income! SERIOUSLY!? NO COMPASSION OR CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS AT ALL! My doctor said it was the worst case she had ever seen. I was getting over a serious health crisis and my doctor thought going to the gym would aid my recovery. I even signed up for a trainer. After contracting the chicken pox from the gym (I didn't go out otherwise) my doctor says that I need to stay in totally now because the chicken pox has compromised my liver and kidney. ### 1/5 — FIX THE APP *2025-08-16, version 7.190.0* I can’t seem to log in and whenever I try to have the invitation resent to my email it doesn’t send anything; waste of my money and I’m heavily considering dropping down in my membership ### 1/5 — Bring back Apple Wallet!!! *2025-07-16, version 7.181.0* They took away the option to put your card in Apple Wallet. All they have to do is update wallet to use a QR code like airlines. But nope. The call line is a fully automated unmanned line that will hang up on you when you ask for a representative. Getting the Premium membership has allowed my wife and I access to our local gym 24/7. I travel for work and where I travel there are Club4 gym in my territory so having access to those gyms with my membership has been great keeping me on my fitness journey. The app makes things easy not having to have a key fob. Also, being able to use the app for scheduling classes in the gym and linking it to MyFitnessPal app to monitor my nutrition is an added bonus. I have to turn it all the way up and hurt my ears from how loud it ends up being just to drown out the gym music. If you’re going to play music that loud, can you at least play music that people can workout too. But now, just recently I’ve seen new faces that work there in the late evening / night at the front desk that need to be courteous/ attentive. On several occasions I encountered people at the front desk wouldn’t even speak and wouldn’t acknowledge me when entered and scanned my bag and what makes it worse is I made sure I said hello with a big smile. I am big on customer service and I’ve received many awards throughout the years In reference to it.
