ClubFines: Team Fine Tracker

ClubFines helps treasurers, coaches, and team captains manage fines, players, and payments in one shared place. Replace spreadsheets and chat lists with a clear overview your club can rely on. TRACK TEAM FINES Choose a player, select a fine, review the details, and save. Every amount, date, and payment status stays organized. BUILD YOUR OWN CATALOG Create categories and define amounts for every offense. Start with our football template containing 12 common fines or build your own catalog. KEEP THE TREASURY CLEAR See outstanding amounts by player and mark fines as paid when money is collected. No forgotten debts or scattered notes. MANAGE THE CLUB TOGETHER Invite administrators to help manage the club and give readers access to the current overview. SEASONS AND LEADERBOARD Keep records organized by season, review previous results, and discover your team’s top offenders. CLUBFINES PRO Start free with one club and up to 5 players. Pro adds unlimited players, multiple clubs, and PDF and CSV exports. Suitable for football, handball, basketball, rugby, hockey, and other team sports.
