Hopefully newer versions will improve things. ### 2/5 — Not working properly *2022-11-02, version 1.7* I can book classes if there is space but the app cannot book waiting list places it says click here but there is no button… no way to contact them. Happened to me countless times now, even after logging in via the website link as opposed to the app. Tech support rude and unwilling to accept responsibility. I just got a bug where when I signed in it would sign you into someone else’s account. Downloaded again tried to add member and told my phone number wasn’t registered and that was the only way to proceed. In the meantime the app sent me 8 verification codes in less than a minute. Not good deleted again. Will find another way. ### 1/5 — Not working *2022-08-02, version 1.6* I am unable to log in with my mobile number to access my membership, keep receiving verification codes but the screen doesn’t let me verify my mobile number. A message pops out saying NO CLUBS FOUND. Checked with the gym they add me with my mobile number so not sure what’s the issue that wont let me log in. Unable to reach customer service. ### 1/5 — Shocking App *2022-07-30, version 1.6* Does not do anything except crash ### 1/5 — Very poor *2022-05-31, version 1.5* Very poor app - had a problem since day 1 and have used the report a problem function to try and resolve this as there is no other way to make contact. The report a problem function is pointless as no one responds so you can’t solve the problem anyway. ### 1/5 — Crashes! *2022-05-30, version 1.5* I’ve been advised to download this app by my local gymophobics. However, as soon as it sends me a sms code it crashes. So there’s no way to add the code. It makes you start over and just crashes again and again. Totally pants!!
