## What is ClubLono?

Run your club. Not your admin.

ClubLono puts your members, schedule, payments, courts and chat in one app — instead of a spreadsheet, a group chat, a payment app and a whiteboard by the door. Set it up in a couple of minutes and run your first session tonight.

— FOR ORGANIZERS —
• Build your roster with self-serve sign-up, invites and join requests
• Publish one-off or recurring sessions with capacity limits
• Collect memberships and match fees through Stripe — money lands in your club's bank account, never ours
• See who has paid at a glance, with CSV export for the books
• Run the night live: courts, an auto-matching queue, scores and a leaderboard
• Import your whole membership from a spreadsheet in one go

— FOR PLAYERS —
• Join in seconds by scanning the club's QR code
• One profile that follows you between every club you play at
• Book your spot, pay securely, and get an automatic refund if it's canceled
• Get matched into fair, balanced games instead of waiting by the net
• Climb a proper Glicko-2 rating, not a guess

— FREE TO START —
One club, unlimited members and sessions, payments, queues, chat and tournaments. No time limit and no feature cliff. A flat 1% platform fee applies to paid sessions on every plan.

— PREMIUM —
• Host unlimited clubs from one account
• Leagues, team fixtures and season tables
• Venue kiosk mode on a big screen
• Cross-club stats and DUPR / rating export
• Priority support

ClubLono Premium is an auto-renewing subscription:
• Monthly — US$15 per month
• Annual — US$119.99 per year
Both plans start with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.7 — 2026-08-19

Import your entire member list from a spreadsheet — see a full preview before anything is saved, and undo an import with one tap.

Also new: box leagues and ladders, true double-elimination brackets with age and skill divisions, and class and coaching bookings with packs and waitlists.

Plus a steadier court queue and clearer scoring throughout.

Thanks for all the feedback — please keep it coming.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-06-26

• Kiosk mode redesigned: full-screen landscape, bigger text, easy tap-to-start games, and self-service leave.
• Faster sign-in — tap the link in your email.
• New personal stats: form, streaks, head-to-head & best partners.
• Calmer "your turn" view, plus reliability fixes.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-06-25

This update fixes adding photos to your club page:

• Cover and gallery photos now upload reliably on all devices — pick an image, crop it with the new built-in cropper, and save.
• General performance and stability improvements.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-06-22

No release notes.
