ClubMav is a modern club activity and engagement app designed to make planning, inviting, and connecting effortless for members. Built for private clubs and member communities, ClubMav brings together activity invites, real-time RSVPs, and smart check-ins — all in one seamless mobile experience. Plan Activities with Ease Members can create and invite others to activities across customizable categories such as golf, tennis, tee times, and more. Activity types are centrally managed by a super admin to ensure consistency across the platform. For golf-related activities, members can easily select courses using integrated course data APIs, ensuring accurate and convenient course selection. Smart Scheduling Organizers can choose specific dates and times for each activity, making it easy to coordinate plans without endless back-and-forth communication. Real-Time RSVP System Invitees can quickly respond with a simple “Yes” or “No,” and responses are tracked in real time. Organizers can instantly see who’s attending and who isn’t. Participation Limits Set a maximum number of participants for any activity. Once the limit is reached, no additional acceptances are allowed, ensuring activities stay organized and manageable. Personalized Invitations Each invitation can include a custom message from the organizer, adding a personal touch to every invite — all presented with consistent ClubMav branding.
