I’ve tried resetting my password multiple times and NO RESET EMAIL IS EVER SENT. I’m effectively locked out with zero options to access my account. It’s so bad.

I can’t even open the app…
I have tried logging in no less than 100 times and it just spins and spins and spins…
Aren’t apps supposed to make our lives easier? I honestly feel like the company is messing with us. 
It’s 2025. Fix your app please.

I’m trying to book my “boot camp” class for Wednesday, July 30th and Friday, August 1st at my gym Impact Fit - Exton, Pennsylvania and I keep getting the error message: ERROR “Booking Policy Violation, it is too late to book this class.” Today is Monday, July 21st…. Bugs like this should never happen. Very disappointed in this app. It shouldn’t be that hard to have a fairly basic app like this function flawlessly.

Why do you need full calendar access to add events? Add events only should be sufficient.
