Pure Barre uses this (why?) and I’d give it zero stars if I could. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-09-19, version 1.0.3* By far the worst most frustrating app Takes several minutes to load a simple class roster. Why isn’t anyone fixing this?? ### 1/5 — The Worst *2022-09-10, version 1.0.3* Freezes all the time and when it’s not, the app is super slow even if you’re just scrolling down. It’s consistently slow and constantly crashes. Doesn’t have anywhere near the features and functionality MindBody app had. Freezes every time I open it and/or try to view a class sign up list. Can’t see past classes I’ve taught prior to the current day, can’t see schedule 2 or more weeks out. Limited to no functionality to help run a business. Pure Barre should have never done away with MINDBODY. Club Ready in general is NOT user friendly at all. ### 1/5 — Cannot switch from studio to studio *2022-02-02, version 1.0.3* I am team member of two studios. When I switch locations, the app rarely reads the switch and I can never see my classes at the second studio. I can rarely see my classes at my main studio, making this app pretty much pointless. ### 1/5 — Not good *2022-01-20, version 1.0.3* Can never log in with password Its not worth it if you can't cancel a class. If you need help with the app you have to wait on the phone for hours and hours days and days weeks and weeks and months and months just to get someone to assist you other than that there’s a Chat with incompetent people reading a script, this is the most unreliable company I’ve ever had in my life outside of Mind Body ### 1/5 — So SLOW! *2021-10-14, version 1.0.3* About a year ago it worked well, was smooth and efficient. Now it may be overloaded? I don’t know. All I know is that it’s glitchy, extremely slow, and locks up almost every tome I use it, which is daily. As far as I know this hasn’t been updated since I first loaded it. Maybe it’s time for one? It doesn’t even let you scroll or add an attendee without freezing up. Is anyone monitoring how the app works? It’s constantly crashing and I can’t even do basic things like look at class participants without having to quit. Xponential should never have switched from mindbody. It freezes on me when I try to check my classes and I had to completely close out of the app every time I want to open it. This makes it incredibly frustrating for me as a teacher because this is the only way I can check people in or see my schedule, yet it often shows up with a blank white screen. I just deleted it from my phone because it is completely useless. The app is constantly having bug issues, it runs so slow. I’m literally over it and am looking to convince my boss to look into other apps. ### 1/5 — I despise this app *2023-11-21, version 2* If I didn’t have to use this for work I’d delete it, then print off a picture if it and burn it in a pit. Literally the only function is to check who is in your class. At least 8 times out of 10 it pulls up a blank screen and never loads. What I really “love,” and what prompted this review, is when it periodically makes me log in every. Single. Time. I open it. ### 1/5 — App needs to be updated to reflect scale of franchise growth *2023-09-20, version 2* I teach a multiple CP studios. I’m required to have separate usernames for each studio, and log in separately by logging out and in. CP bridge trained instructors (in the least) should be able to see all of their studios’ schedules via a drop down. Especially with same owner multi studio schedules. The franchise is booming…lets support the staff with a functional, reliable and modern App. As of today, the app is not loading any of my schedule at the studio where I am at the most. Definitely needs an updated version! ### 1/5 — Hello dysfunction *2023-09-14, version 2* Several boutique fitness business’ use club ready, yet this ridiculous company has the audacity to have useless apps that are not helpful for anyone. With sooo many 1 star reviews, why not actually do something about this?? You can pretty much only view things in this app, which is pointless, but I’ve still been using it. Most recently, it won’t keep me logged into the app, so I have to type my login info (because there’s no Touch ID), and I have to set my schedule everytime I have to log back in. I actually didn’t think the app could get any worse than it was but, but it certainly has. ### 1/5 — Trash app *2023-06-30, version 2* Gets stuck in spinning wheel of death with every click. Have to force quit multiple times to do anything ### 1/5 — Freezes and lags *2023-02-16, version 2* With ZERO exaggeration, this app freezes every single time I open it. Then once I’ve force quit and reopened it multiple times to where it’ll actually switch to the selected screen, it’ll sit and spin and freeze once more.
