Too many untested updates make this v frustrating to use . Registers load too slowly, and now waiting for reload after every single checkin. Parents can book kids in as adults onto kids group and adults can also book!! No ages displayed. Every time I
Log in you want a review or rating - another 1 star rating for that function. Can’t copy contact details to email or text directly. Tel Numbers still don’t display for the majority of people booking.

As long as I’ve tried to use this app and see my registers it just doesn’t work. I have deleted it, tried different accounts but the names of players never come up. So frustrating

Awful. Why is this app so bad? Hardly ever loads the registration for my squads. Have to constantly delete & reinstall. Please do something about it.

It’s not the worst app I’ve ever used in my life but it’s a close second.. Crashes frequently, glitches and at times unresponsive. Quite frankly, it’s dire.

Rarely works, I have to normally try 3 times to see any info. Keeps losing face recognition doesn’t seem to update. When it does work it’s great, when !!!!

There are so many issues with ClubSpark it’s hard to know where to start. I can’t have more than one account collect money, non members can book members can book the members rate but ClubSpark doesn’t link it, pick it up, highlight it or stop it. Loads more issues, really poor.

Very useful app to have on court with you👍
Shame we can’t do refunds yet when we have to cancel sessions due to the weather (been so many sessions cancelled with the recent weather - it’s a real pain doing all the refunds manually)

Why can’t I send an email to everyone from my email address..? 

The email system worked perfectly and you’ve gone and ruined it… sending it via your system means I have no record of it being sent which is pointless 

Please change it back soo it goes from my address
