Don’t get why it needs to invoke how did I do app either, which is equally slow. Tried reinstalling and using it on another device. Nothing. It has always been temperamental often logging me out randomly. Forgets my user name. Tells me my password is wrong when it isn’t. When it does recognise my log in, it just gives me a blank white screen. Unfortunately for a number of months there have been problems with lagging, exiting and at this point I can’t book a tee time at all at my club. Obviously this needs to be robust. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Club V1 Banner issue *2023-11-28, version 2.2.3* Since the release of version 2.2.3 there is an irritating bug where the notification banners seem to be incrementing with no reset even after being acknowledged. I get a club notification every morning with the course status which inside the App is noted as a single event which I then clear by reading it. However, when the next notification arrives the notification banner on the App just keeps incrementing rather than showing a single notification as it used to do. At the moment the notification banner on my App is now approaching 100 even though I reset it every morning. Reading the single message does clear the banner. It is as though the notification counter is not being correctly reset. ### 3/5 — Indispensable for club golfers *2025-08-31, version 2.3.0* Why oh why do I have to keep entering my full log in details every couple of weeks or so? Why can’t you allow a shorthand way with a passcode rather than the full login handle? ### 3/5 — Where does it go? *2024-03-05, version 2.2.4* What I mean by the above is, every now and again (twice in the last six days) I try to use the app but all I can see is a flat white screen. That leaves me having to delete the app altogether and then downloading it all over again. In this world not a great inconvenience but annoying nevertheless. When booking a tee time the ability to get back to the previous page is lost and the app has to be deleted and reinstalled. This occurs when visiting the “how did I do” site for other reasons also. My club was told that updating the app to version 2.2.6 on 7th Nov cured this problem. It hasn’t. Bugs, crashes and really simple things that used to work that no no longer work.
