I can't only play one game or maybe two in a row. Then it dies. If I'm lucky I can close and reopen. But rarely does it work. What's up? ### 3/5 — GAME FREQUENTLY FREEZES *2015-06-07, version 1.2* I love playing this game; HOWEVER, it's extremely frustrating, when you've played for a while, attaining a pretty high level of success, only to have the game suddenly freeze up on you. Sometimes it freezes, turning the entire screen to a darker, and unresponsive, tone. Quitting the app doesn't help. Only occasionally, have I been able to restore the game to its previous functional state by turning the phone completely off, and back on again. More recently the game has frozen without darkening the screen. When this happens, the background game music continues to play, but the screen remains entirely unresponsive to touch. The only way out of this one, is to delete the game from the phone, entirely, and reinstall it. Of course, deleting the game from the phone results in loosing all the progress you've made. You have to start, once again, from the beginning. I tried to report this software bug to the developer, using the App Store's provided link to their website. The link only results in the following message: "Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found". ### 3/5 — Opening sound *2015-03-28, version 1.2* I like this app. No problem with it except the opening sound that is like a roar. I play games when I am waiting in restaurants and doctor's offices, etc. I don't want to turn down my phone volume so as not to hear it because I may forget to turn it back up. I always mute sounds on all of my game apps. Why isn't there an option for this here??? Please give this option. Before this started happening I would have given a 5 star rating. There is no way to contact the developer for help. Is this their way to prevent you from climbing to the top of the leaderboards? Apple is telling me that if your company doesn't upgrade this game it will be inoperable on their OS, probably by next fall. I really liked your game it was so different, kept me coming back every day for a long time. I understand that every company and/or creator comes to a time when it goes on a different path, and if this is your decision I wish everyone associated with your company all the best going forward. Of course that does not always work either but there is no pressure. I don't do the timed puzzle because this is supposed to be relaxing n fun.
