It asked me to provide the card information and without any confirmation or consent money has been deducted for 1 year which is $959.58. It was definitely a bug which automatically got deducted, I didn’t even select 1 year subscription at all. Also, I don’t need 1 year subscription at all. And I can’t bare such huge amount. I tried to reach cluely assistant for help. But the cluely ai support has been helpful. I asked to connect that AI agent to Customer care representative it has mentioned that they have a small team and someone will reach out to me in next 24,36 hours but it’s more than a week and no one is responding back. I tried to reach them through emails. No representative has responded on this issue. Very very disappointed. As I’m a student I can’t even bear those $959.58.
