My wife and I JUST recently learned what we had been missing. We had stressed for so long about ordering from the same places over and over getting the same thing over and over. The menu is freaking endless. It’s always fast, it’s always amazing. And unlike DOMINOS they don’t cancel half my orders. It’s despicable. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE ### 1/5 — Not the best food *2023-10-04, version 2.21.1* My order was the queso and chips, pizza and hamburger and tots combo. The top of the pizza was burnt and the bottom was soggy. The burger and tots were soggy from being placed inside of a plastic container that had no ventilation. The queso was bland and the chips did not taste fresh either. What’s the point? ### 1/5 — Constant Ad Notifications, Small Service Area *2019-02-20* The title says it all - this app CONSTANTLY sends reminder notifications that it’s installed on your phone, you should use it, their delivery time is only 50 minutes! It’s terribly annoying and you can’t disable them - the only way to disable them is to disable ALL notifications for the app which would keep you from knowing if your order was placed and when it will arrive! On top of all this, their service area is too small - so telling me that you can deliver to me only to tell me after I order that I am “outside the service area” is misleading. **Developer response:** Hi, kelman111! Thanks for the feedback. You can manage your notifications by opening the app and going to Me > Notifications and toggling the types of notifications you no longer wish to receive. We intentionally keep our delivery area small to ensure that the food is as fresh as possible when you receive it, but will continue to look for ways to make it easy to know if you're in or out of the zone. ### 1/5 — Cut rate menu, hours and service. *2019-01-13* Don’t waste your time with this company. They don’t have regular hours so you never know when you can order. They sometimes only are available during the week and not on weekends. Which makes you wonder why they have a brunch menu. Sometimes they’re only open after 4pm. Once again why do they have a lunch/brunch menu if they’re not open. They’re food is generally pretty good, but seriously why would you even consider ordering from them if you can’t get food most of the time. You can not use Apple Pay or do a one time purchase with your card. They need to fix this issue ASAP.
