It won’t show you your live bet scores which makes me head to Draftkings and Fanduel to see. If they showed my live bet scores, I would stay on and bet more on the app. They also sent me an email stating I bet too much on promos. It made me giggle. Customer service is also very helpful ### 1/5 — Worst Sports Betting App *2024-02-27, version 3.0.0* This is the worst sports betting app by far. The user interface is terrible. You can only bet on the next 10 games so are unable to bet even a day in advance. And to top it all off they make it impossible to withdraw your money making me upload a copy of my debit card. Completely unnecessary and unethical. ### 1/5 — The Worst *2024-02-23, version 3.0.0* The worst odds and vig of any sportsbook I’ve ever used. It’s impossible to withdraw your winnings. I’ve never had more problems withdrawing money from any other sportsbook in my life. It took literally 1 month to receive my first withdrawal. I have been betting with them for over a year and they always put the customer first. There marketing rep I think his name was Brant, ensured clutch bet was the best book for me - they have a great app and competitive odds. ### 1/5 — Worst Sportsbook out there *2023-12-27, version 2.8.0* Seems like a lot of fake reviews. “Good odds” yeah right, might be the worst odds I have ever seen. They add so many obstacles to your bonus bets so that it’s really difficult to turn it into actual money. There is no reason to bet on this app over the countless other sportbooks. It don't work ### 1/5 — Terrible user experience *2024-05-13, version 3.3.1* This app has so many user experience issues. When logging in, if you save your login info on an iPhone, it tries to auto login by pressing the “sign up” button, so you can’t save your login info without it acting like you filled it out then pressed register every time. Then if you ever click out of the app and click back in, it has auto pop ups to register/sign up, despite already being logged in. When you’re on the home page and it shows you live games, half the times it displays “sorry, there’s nothing right now”, but under the “live tab” will show you accurate games in play. Lastly, you can’t view the progress of any of your pending bets without having to go to the main page and manually click into each game to see what’s going on. I wouldn’t recommend unless it’s your only sportsbook option. ### 1/5 — Might be a scam *2024-05-13, version 3.3.1* Worst ease of use of all betting apps.
