The one thing that upsets me about the app is that it is only on Apple products right now. My boyfriend has an android and can’t get this app on the google play store, which is a bummer because he was supposed to be my main clutch contact. I’m hoping the the developers are working on getting this on the google play store soon so that everyone has access to it. ### 4/5 — My Journey *2020-10-28, version 1.4.3* I downloaded the app and I had the same problem as other people, when I tried to sign up it said my email was already used before even though I had never used it before. I did everything (uploaded a picture and filled out everything), I closed the app and when I re-opened it it was set up, but I don’t know what password it saved. I have an app similar to this one but I’m glad this one has more features. Long walks home from work in the dark are very scary as a female and this app gave me a lot of security. However I wish it was available for Android users. (I can not use this app. I tried to sign up and someone used my email to create an account. I don't know how that is possible. Welcome!” and it gives me no other choice but to press “ok.” I’m left confused because i don’t know if it took my sign-in or not. The error message is conflicting. I later try to sign-in and it says it doesn’t recognize my email. I was so excited for this app but there seems no way to contact anyone for help with this issue. Not very impressed now :( ### 5/5 — Must-have on your home screen *2018-03-07, version 1.0* Obviously I never want to have to use Clutch but if I do, this thing can completely change the outcome of a bad situation. Was super easy to setup and add contacts, and now they will be alerted and monitoring as soon as I tap the Clutch button. And likewise, I recommend anyone I care about have this on their home screen so I know I’m a tap away. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, but months later, same thing happened to me. Sad, I really wanted to have this app on my phone ### 1/5 — Unable to Sign Up *2021-01-25, version 1.4.3* In the beginning when I found out about this app via social media Twitter, I was so excited to download because it was started by a black creator with the minority individual in mind. Unfortunately, it’s been quite some time since I’ve downloaded this app and for some reason I have been unable to sign up. The main issue is trying to type in a create a password. It’s like it doesn’t even allow me to do that. I want to give this app a good review after using it, but in order for me to even do that, I have to be ABLE to even use it. I’ve already restarted the app several times and I’ve also made sure that my phone software is up to date. They send a 4 digit code to your phone but if you leave the app to find the code you get sent back to the start page and need a new code. I had to use two separate devices just to get signed up for this app. I had an Overabundance of patience this morning, I guess. Almost just deleted it since so frustrating to get in to it.
