Doesn’t list the 2 locations next to me, only the locations over an hour away. No point in the app if I am required to call in instead.

I was so excited to start using this app since the website says we earn points, but it doesn’t save my credit card information because it needs to verify my phone number first - but if I try to verify my phone number, I get an error code even though my code is accurate. I’ve tried twice and am giving up.

This can happen for several reasons, one reason, could be that the card was not verified with the correct zip code or with a phone number not being verified via sms. However, please try again, if asked to verify by using your phone number. Please also make sure that you have the latest version of the app installed.

I downloaded the app to place an order rather then wait in line. However this is not possible as it doesn’t allow me to add my credit card information.

I was hoping this app could mitigate the long wait times in Clyde’s drive throughs but it makes you jump through too many hoops to do it. No easy Apple account set up, gotta type in all your info for your 1000th app account. Also no Apple Pay, gotta type in your credit card info!! Only reason it isn’t a 1 star is because the app was technically functional. Clyde’s has got to step it up to stay relevant, plenty of competition out there FYI.
