Logging on was smooth. No problem Great! I need a new card to get more stickers. Could not do it. The website said to go to the app to get replacement cards and keychain cards. I downloaded the app. Everything thing went smooth, Right? No there is no way to order new cards. But you can scan the barcode on the application, digitally. My 75 year old Grandma doesn’t have a no smart phone. What can you do? Nothing. To make matters worse, she said I’m too stupid to help her. She don’t understand.
