Very good for videos and music but comics don’t pick out the issue number just the series, does for me anyway - barcode error i guess. It does save a huge amount of time when the barcode does identify the item - worth the purchase if you use their applications

My hand held scanner yes stopped working. So I decided to try the Barry and man this is what I should of been using from the start. So much easy then the hand held that does work all the time. Plus I don’t have to swipe across my comic books anymore. WOW 😲

The latest version of Collectorz with Barry is a dream. I only added minimal data to sort in my desired fashion, and expand on a few truncated titles and in short order all 33 volumes of my Christian Commentary were added. Outstanding!

Why haven’t you updated this app?  Are you no longer going to work on this app?  Should we move all of our catalogued items to another app?  Are we going to lose all of our items?

Scanned 20 comics as a trial. Only one was detected to be a comic (and the wrong title/issue), while the rest were read as dvds. Different issues of same title were detected as same issue. None synced to web database.

This app and the PC sw are almost unusable—no,  it is unusable. The directions are extremely vague—no mention of a paid version until the “free trial”.  Website continually loops back to login. A full set of setup screens might help, but I’m moving on to something less complicated—and free.

Far too difficult to set up. You need to create and account in the app, then on the website and then Download something called CLZ Barry as the camera in the app on ios11 did not work. That download did not connect. Ended up wasting 2 hours trying to get it to work. No online help or videos. Videos all assume connection between CLZ Barry and CLZ Movies and CLS Books were successful.  :-(.

Try to find a free app that does the same stuff, this app doesn't sort games and movies alphabetically and costs too much, disappointed.

I was left no choice but to buy this app.  I had an USB hand scanner that worked great with the previous version of CLZ software I own. Yes, this app works but it should have been free. There is a name for this, rip off.

The instructions are not adequate for non technical people , they assume prior knowledge and I cannot recommend and would like a refund .

I am a person who works with a lot of data and have done so for 34 years.  I am very picky about tools and find most to fall short in functionality.  The Book Collector software is not only very intuitive, it does everything I want it to do.  I have a huge book collection that is in need of downsizing.  I am using this tool to catalogue my collection and decide what I am going to send to Amazon to sell, what is going to used book stores, and what I am going to keep.  I cannot thank the publishers enough for making this process painless and helping me to organize my clutter and my life!!
