Just another management company that hides behinds its apps and websites making this the only way to communicate. Don’t let your HOA switch.

I keep having to re-enter my credentials every time I log in even with biometrics enabled. Happens at least every week. This app is garbage

I have repeatedly discussed this issue with the office. The CMA app has empty tabs for the user. But the office said he can log into my account and it’s all there. Obviously there is something wrong with the interface on the app. From the website, there is a link to the CMA app. When I click on it, I get an entirely different photo upon login. And I can access documents. This shouldn’t be this hard! It’s a simple app with associated tabs that open with the information. Maybe holding a user requirements meeting would help you & I.

I appreciate CMA for keeping our neighborhood looking nice. It’s important to me to live in a peaceful community knowing we have a company watching over us, maintaining a desirable neighborhood to move into so thank you
