모바일로 신청해서 이메일 등으로 받을 수 있으면 좋겠습니다. 잔고 증명서 메뉴가 모바일엔 메뉴가 없어서 윈도우에서 로그인 하려고 했는데 뭐가 막히는지 210오류가 계속 나더라고요.  3시간 동안 컴퓨터 들고 씨름하다가 결국 다른 은행으로 이체해서 다른 은행에서 증명서 신청했네요.  우리 나라 인증서 정말 너무 힘들어요. 금융인증서, 공동인증서 이것 때문에 다른 은행에서 다운 받고 다 해봤는데 보안 문제인지 결국 인증서 로그인을 못했어요.  그래서 요즘엔 보면 은행에 모바일로 신청할 수 있게 된 곳 많던데 여긴 아예 메뉴가 없더라고요.  정말 너무 불편하고 답답해서 후기 남깁니다. 윈도우에서 잘 안될 거면 모바일에서라도 대부분 업무 볼 수 있게 해주시면 감사하겠습니다.  보안 물론 당연히 중요한데 이렇게까지 안되면 다른 방법 이라도 찾아주시면 좋겠습니다.
