Used it and when I stopped it refused to let me end the ride. It said I was in a restricted area but I was not. No matter what I did or where I went it said the same thing and wouldn’t let me cancel, probably charging me for the entire experience with the $22 charge It made when I started the ride and it may even charge me again. FAQ and the website are just down and no one answered my call. May even be a scam. Run! ### 1/5 — Took over $200 from me *2021-09-14, version 1.1* My app says i only used around $70 and my banking app says over $200. Haven’t gotten an answer from them and it’s been days… ### 1/5 — Janky company *2021-08-17, version 1.1* They took $60 off my card hard earned money and didn’t allow my children to ride due to the app saying I had insufficient funds which was inaccurate. I don’t appreciate this service and I want a refund immediately. The representative who chargers the scooters didn’t even understand why my card was being declined.
